Who we are

The Platform for Women Scaling The Businesses They've Already Built

Chloe Ndaya

Her Wisdom is for the woman who has done the hard part.

She started the business. She got the customers. She has real skill, real revenue, and real proof her work is wanted.

But somewhere along the way, the business has hit a ceiling, and the ceiling is her. Every customer, every decision, every late night. If she stops, the business stops.

We help her grow through four things:

Mindset

Most of what stops a woman from scaling isn't the market. It's how she thinks about money, about being seen, about charging more, about being in charge. We help her work through what's actually in the way.

Identity

Most women in business look the same as everyone else who does what they do, so customers compare them on price and little else. We help her get clear on what makes her different and why someone should choose her.

Money

Knowing how to make money isn't the same as knowing how to keep it. We help her set a real revenue number and reverse-engineer the plan to hit it, while understanding what it actually costs to deliver what she sells, what it costs to earn a customer, and how to price and reinvest so growth adds up.

Systems

A business that depends on the founder doing everything will never scale. We help her build the routines and structures that let the business run consistently, so growth becomes something she can repeat.

Who Her Wisdom Is For

01

The woman already running a business who has hit a ceiling and needs to scale without doing more herself.

02

The woman building alongside a 9 to 5 with paying customers and a plan to go full-time.

Chloe Ndaya

The Journey Behind Her Wisdom

Before founding Her Wisdom, Chloe Ndaya spent years in the corporate banking sector, working her way up while quietly building something on the side. When she made the move from hospitality into finance, she was vetted and chosen by three leading banking institutions, HSBC, British Business Bank, and Metro Bank, all at the same time. She started her business while still in her nine to five, balancing both without a clear model, just a clear conviction: she wanted to build something that could serve women at scale, not just reach a few.

In that first year, two things became obvious.

The first was what she was consuming. Business education (the podcasts, the frameworks, the conversations about scaling) was coming almost entirely from men, and almost entirely from America. The advice wasn't wrong, but it wasn't built for her. Not for a woman in the UK, not for the specific mechanics of building a business that lasts, and not for the stage she was trying to reach.

The second was what was missing from the conversation entirely. There was plenty being said about content, visibility, passion, and the promise of making money. But almost nothing about how. Nobody was talking about business models, about the structures that actually create scale, about what it operationally takes to grow a business past the point where the founder is doing everything herself.

That gap became Her Wisdom.

But Chloe made one decision early that shaped everything: it wouldn't just be her voice. Because scaling a business isn't one-dimensional, and one person's experience, however real, is still only one perspective. Her Wisdom was built to be multidimensional. Different women, different industries, different paths to growth, brought together so that the woman learning from this platform gets the full picture, not a single playbook.

The focus has since shifted to match who the platform was always attracting: not the woman just starting out, but the woman who has already built something real, has paying customers, and has hit the ceiling that comes next. The one who needs structure, strategy, and the right expertise to break through it, not more motivation.

That's who Her Wisdom is for. And that's what it was built to give her.

A Podcast Interview With JA Social Suite

Recorded July 2026

A Podcast Interview With JA Social Suite

Chloe recently joined Abbie for a conversation on JA Social Suite's show, a step outside Her Wisdom's own studio and into a genuine partnership with another founder building in this space.

The conversation covered Chloe's debut book Be So Good You Can't F*cking Break, and dug into what it actually takes to master consistency and discipline in business. They also spoke about stepping into true leadership, overcoming imposter syndrome, and owning your power as a woman in business, while staying grounded in profitability rather than passion alone.

The visit also produced a joint studio-shot collaboration post across both business and personal Instagram pages, which went on to become Her Wisdom's top-performing post of the week.

Her Wisdom will share more as the episode releases.

Young Visionary of the Year, Finalist

CCC Awards 2026

Young Visionary of the Year, Finalist

Chloe Ndaya was named a finalist for Young Visionary of the Year at the CCC Awards, held in February 2026, out of hundreds of nominees.

The award recognises young people demonstrating a bold vision for themselves and the work they're building, and celebrates the drive, clarity, and long-term thinking behind that vision, not just early traction.

The CCC Awards are headlined by HSBC, with John Lewis, the Financial Times, and Mastercard among the event's partners, recognising community, corporate, and culture achievement across the UK.

Being named a finalist is a meaningful marker of the work behind Her Wisdom, and what it represents: a woman of colour building something in this space that hasn't existed in this way before, with the intention of creating lasting, structural impact for the women who come through it.

Chloe spoke more about what being named a finalist meant to her in a short reel posted on the CCC Awards' own page. Watch it on Instagram.

Speaking at University of Leicester

Confirmed for October 2026

University of Leicester logo

Chloe has been confirmed as a panelist for Do You Hear Me Too?, a student-led women's panel and mentoring event at the University of Leicester.

The event was created to help female students find their confidence and voice as they prepare to enter male-dominated professional spaces, and is built around one idea: letting students see themselves in the women sitting in front of them.

The event takes place in October 2026, supported by the University of Leicester. Her Wisdom will share photos and reflections afterwards.

Be So Good That You Can't F*cking Break

Unlearning, rebuilding, and becoming the strongest version of yourself.

£20.99

This is a direct confrontation with the habits, beliefs, and patterns keeping you stuck. Chloe Ndaya doesn't hand you a formula. She hands you the actual process, mindset, environment, discipline, identity, that took her from stagnant to unshakeable, and shows you how to walk it yourself.

Not a book for passive growth. It's for the reader who is tired of shrinking, doubting, and settling, and ready to rebuild from truth instead.

The hardcover design shown is used for marketing purposes only. Your order will include a paperback copy. Shipping costs, delivery times, and customs information are shown at checkout. Full details in our Shipping & Returns policy.

What's Inside

Four parts. One complete process.

I

The True Beginning of Success

Success starts with your mindset before it starts with your business. Unpacking how your past, your self-talk, and your emotional intelligence quietly set the ceiling on everything else.

II

Growing Beyond Your Surroundings

Who and what you allow into your life will either expand you or anchor you. On letting go of people, spaces, and habits that no longer match who you're becoming.

III

Execution Requires Discipline

Motivation comes and goes. Discipline is what's left when it does. On consistency, sacrifice, accountability, and doing the work nobody sees.

IV

Becoming Whole

Embodiment, not achievement, is the final stage. On relationships, health, money, and what it actually feels like to become the person you set out to be.
